Three routes
Sending an active fault to a general enquiry address is the most common reason a first response is slow. It does not have to be.
An active service problem

A service agreement enquiry
Planned maintenance, defined coverage hours, agreed response targets and a named escalation path for one site or a portfolio. Ask for scope and pricing.
General or partnership enquiry
Integrators and contractors who need service capacity, a second technician on a platform, or support behind an installation they hold. Email support@skyfalsecurity.com with the platform and the scope.
Do not send sensitive system information
For security reasons, do not send passwords, credentials, IP addresses, cardholder data, floor plans or other sensitive system information by email or through any form on this site.
A description of the symptom is enough to start. System specifics are exchanged only after identity is verified, through a channel your organization controls and has authorized.
What we do and do not take on
Skyfal Security is a service company, not a product vendor. We repair, program, configure, migrate, maintain and support enterprise security systems that are already installed. We do not sell cameras, panels or licences, and we do not do new cabling, drilling, conduit or general construction wiring.
